About the Vouchers
You can spend your physical Love2shop card in 95+ stores. For the full list of retailers please click here.
Please register your physical Love2shop card here www.love2shop.co.uk so you can; view your balance and activity, report a lost or stolen card and get exclusive offers and deals including e-codes for experience days or online spending.

You will receive your e-Gift Card to your registered email address in the form of a digital gift code, and a link to a redemption portal. From there, enter the code and choose your own voucher from a catalogue of shopping, dining, and experience brands.
Love2shop e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed for vouchers from the e-Gift card redemption portal. You can pick from a selection of in-store, online, experience and dining brands. For the full list of retailers please click here.

First log into your account and click 'Shop' on the top bar.
You can then see the vouchers that are available to redeem for, you can then add your chosen voucher(s) to your basket and check out.
If opting for a physical Love2shop Card, please ensure that the delivery address is entered in full including Post Code.
Your Love2shop e-Gift Card will have an expiry date on the email when it is sent to you. This will be 6 months from the date of dispatch.
The physical Love2shop Card will have an expiry date printed on the front of it, this will be at least a year from the date of dispatch, however this is normally much longer.
If you have issues using either voucher, please contact help@love2shop.co.uk or call 0344 375 0739 with your card number or code details, so the team can investigate further.
You can enter your delivery address whilst checking out, but unfortunately once your order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed
e-Gift Cards are sent to your registered email address, if you would like to change this, please update your registered email address before placing your order!
Once e-Gift Cards have been dispatched, they can only be resent to the original email address.
E-codes are delivered to your registered email address within 3 full working days. Don’t forget to check your junk and spam inboxes too.
Physical cards are delivered to the address entered at checkout within 10 full working days at most, however this is normally much sooner!
